The second major auction of personal number plates for 2010 took place at the end of March.

All prices are hammer prices and do not include buyers premium, v.a.t. or the £80 DVLA transfer fee.
Of the 1500 registrations available, 306 sold at the reserve or opening bid price. 103 registrations remained unsold after failing to get a bid.
One dealer in particular was back in buying mode having sat on the sidelines for the past twelve months. This limited the number of bargains available over the three days of the auction. At Simply Registrations we had bids for over a hundred and fifty lots but only managed to acquire three personal number plates to add to our stock. Our bids will certainly need to be revised upwards for the next auction.
